    My ticket was escalated 21hours ago. (eu acc)
    I see alot of people get the fix after few hours but my account is still inactive... is that normal?

    if you're from EU or have a EU account, no its not normal because EU chat support today is somehow resolving the issue in a matter of minutes.
    if you're from NA or have an NA account then you can dance naked in the fire and offer a virgin to a pagan god and pray that the issue be fixed... XD
