I read the same and I didn't sleep in the whole night for this!!! I'm a patient person, but SE knows how to piss me off. I feel like I wasted money, I can't even use my free time either, because the NA support centers don't want to work on weekends while EU does!!! That's madness, I would like to elevate a complaint but there's no use for that since they don't give a sh** for us, apparently. I'm tired of SO many problems...
Been lurking this thread since ~page 230, and my issue has finally been resolved. Kinda.
Had no luck with the chat queues yesterday, probably for the best since those were probably the NA chats (I'm EU). Figured I'd try again after reading the EU chat opened up.
Queued up in 3 browsers with 10 queue positions in between each other. 2 hours later, I somehow end up in two chats with two agents at the same time, which made things a little awkward

18:30 - Get home from work, start up FFXIV. Get greeted with the "Early Access expired please input registration code" thing. Somehow manage to forget the horrors of FFXI's PlayOnline. Input codes on auto-pilot. Get a second Service Account. Crap.
19:00 - Find this thread, create Support Ticket, start queuing chats.
02:00 - Never get in touch with an agent on chat. Give up for the day.

09:40 - Started EU chat queues
11:40 - Got into a chat with agents
11:55 - 30 days trial moved from wrong service account to right one.
I dunno which of the agents fixed it in the end, but a "Thanks!" to both of them.
My Helm of Light seems to be in some sort of limbo right now (it's still listed on Service Account #2), but at least I can play again.
I don't particularly like that helmet anyway.
Anyway, I hope you guys get your issues resolved soon too!
