Facepalm!!! Can CE be more fail? I mean EU support cannot access NA information, whats the point of redirecting people to their chat and get told hey you are at the wrong place cuz the place you wanted is closed

I use to work for a fortune 500 company , I will tell you this , there would be a lot heads fired, for this error, But not the creative team behind it. And would been fixed in 8 hrs, Money is money, and losing any of it is bad. So please square as a company fixed this. Also anyone got links to local news outlets that running the story yet? Ps. never got fired , just ,my job went over seas.
