Except it shows chat support not on.The only way you can be sure is to stop asking for direct link and get to live support step by step from the front page.

1. Go to the support page of your region.
2. Click on Square Enix members
3. Click on one of those FAQs links
4. Click on "This did not answer my questions"
5. Choose Billing/Lost ID and fill in the contact details then click next
6. Click next
7. You will then see a page of options for live chat
So have they fixed this yet ? Just need to find out if need tell some friends they can get there copies of the game i got for them. Since i might got use there code. so can get back to my game, figured this cost them 1.4k in usa dollars for everyone that can not play or unable to subscribe for the year. Just went to the casino and they treated us all well , and we spent like over 2k in usa money. Some them wanted to play told them to hold off for awhile. Game it self is fun as hell, just trying to play it not worth it for there time.

Whoever decided deleting old tickets needs to get smacked hard. Because I filled out ticket info prior to EA and trying to be proactive I end up missing out on a holiday weekend since I couldn't get through at the last minute yesterday.
