    No fooling on the agents. but culu's quick fix and log did confirm that the chat support did not fix it directly, he just got his fixed quickly. supporting the fact that live chat cannot do anything about it besides "escalate" it. in which case i would hope they ARE NOT escalating them ahead of other people with the same problem. That would be complete BS.

    5. Choose Billing/Lost ID and fill in the contact details then click next
    6. Click next

    Can confirm this is NOT the case. Buying a hard copy and entering the enclosed code to my service account 1 works perfectly. Can select service account 1 when logging in now without receiving an error message, only issue is getting "unable to update the group EU/NA character list" but it's not like that's never happened before.

    Edit: I'm now logged in on my service account 1 character. So if anyone is willing to spend the money on a hard copy for a new code instead of going through the HUGE hassle of trying to get SE to fix this issue, I can confirm it does work. Cancelled all my tickets and emailed them, telling them to disregard the original ticked that was supposedly "escalated" over 24 hours ago.
