    Just got through the EU service chat and talked with Cynthia. A new CD Key was instantly added to my first service account. Here's the chat:

    Just want to point out you do not lose any of the 30 days free game time. When they fix your account it will start counting again from 30 days. On top of that, if you decided to go with the second account and forget about the first one you have to remember to cancel your ticket or else when it is processed you will lose everything on your 2nd account
