Went through my history from a few days back when I escalated a ticket that was wiped (smartest move over SE) and found this.

Same.. my ticket was escalated over 24 hours ago and still no changes. Starting to wonder if nothing really happened at all. >.<I had contacted them about 22 hours ago when I chatted with the fella who escalated me. No closed tickets on my side, but no change on Mogstation either, so still hanging in there.
EU here. So they don't seem to be doing them in any particular order-they seem to just be kinda doing them as they come across them, or something, since others have been fixed quickly. It does give me some hope though since they are open all weekend.
So it would seem. EU > NA probably because they know NA is stupid enough to play after all the BS clears. I know I am.

Stop implying EU is providing better support. Some agents are just better than others. My account can't be fixed because I'm a 1.0er, so I wasted $100 for nothing.
Also why are some of you going to EU chat support?
