

I had contacted them about 22 hours ago when I chatted with the fella who escalated me. No closed tickets on my side, but no change on Mogstation either, so still hanging in there.
EU here. So they don't seem to be doing them in any particular order-they seem to just be kinda doing them as they come across them, or something, since others have been fixed quickly. It does give me some hope though since they are open all weekend.

Speaking with a rep right now only things online are the europe ones so if your in america and waiting might as well not till 9am PDT or my time (EPT) 12pm
please give the page where to fill in the ticket and then open the chat ... eu?I just queue in the EU chat two hours ago was in queue in position 8, explained to the agent what issues I am having.
He asked for my SE ID and personal details, and told me it will be escalated to the main office and will be fixed within an hours time.

Finally got connected to someone...ended up being EU when I'm in NA. Trying not to have a mental breakdown.
