    SEE Agent Julien: You can swap if an service account was created by mistake for ARR . but if you had version 1 buying ARR is just like buying the game again , it is not possible to registere ARR on a V1 account as the v1 is upgraded to ARR automatically . you have now two copies fo the game there is nothing we can do unfortunately.
    You: But that is what happened.. I have two service accounts. I even checked my mogstation just now and it says "Service account 1" and "Service account 2" the same thing other people have and they have got it sent to be escalated and fixed.

    From the looks of it NA won't be open this weekend as there is no news update similar to the one on EU support site stating that they will be open this weekend. Extremely irritated now.

    I read that they would be. I'm not going to bother. seems culu got lucky with EU support but that's the first ive heard of anyone getting it fixed that quick. Some of us have been waiting for 1-4 days for a solution.
