Got in quick and spoke to Agent Cynthia unfortunately I was on EU when I needed to be speaking to a NA rep. Seems like EU players should be getting things resolved soon. Anyone have NA support link they could pass on to me? That would be great, thanks.

SEE Agent Julien: You can swap if an service account was created by mistake for ARR . but if you had version 1 buying ARR is just like buying the game again , it is not possible to registere ARR on a V1 account as the v1 is upgraded to ARR automatically . you have now two copies fo the game there is nothing we can do unfortunately.
You: But that is what happened.. I have two service accounts. I even checked my mogstation just now and it says "Service account 1" and "Service account 2" the same thing other people have and they have got it sent to be escalated and fixed.

but did they do it on the spot? everyone else is being told that all you can do is submit the form and wait.
I'm glad for you, really, but at the same time I'm getting more and more pissed. I already filled out the form twice - once before they wiped the whole tickets and once after - contacted the chat support with BOTH tickets and both times the same agent told me that he had passed the issue along. (Also asked for this escalation thing directly the second time)
Now I'm already waiting 4 days and nothing got solved. I didn't hear anything from them except this automated mail where you can delete your own ticket.
Btw I'm from EU.
Is anyone on NA having trouble finding the live chat option on their support site?
Were you able to get into chat via your ticket or by using another one's link? Maybe that's why she's confused with the factsChat

I just queue in the EU chat two hours ago was in queue in position 8, explained to the agent what issues I am having.
He asked for my SE ID and personal details, and told me it will be escalated to the main office and will be fixed within an hours time.
