Let me confirm that whats happening to me its what happened to all of you. I was playing since the early access, my free 7 days or so time ended and when i tried to add the crysta that i bought on my SE members site it sends me to Mogstation. There i see my character but it says inactive, and no where anything to add funds. When you try to add service i tried entering the code i got on my email it says that the code was already registered... Is this the same for you guys? So my next step would be to fill up the form? Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.

That is correct. I tried to add crysta as well to at least play while this situation continues. Unfortunately nope. You have to put in a form and then either call or get on the chat and have it escalated. We're not sure where escalation goes at this point, but we're open to theories.
