I got through on phone as did others....just gotta be on hold for several hoursday 4 and I have not received an email yet, now it's the weekend and I finally have time to play buuuuuuuuuut SE will take 1-2 weeks to reply, now I fell way behind with my friends so it is pretty disappointing. Square Enix has the worst support system ever in my experience of online gaming. Chat support disabled, Phone support(does it even exist?) email is mega slow. I am new to square enix, but they have done absolutely nothing to make me and thousands of other happy.

I like how you used FF7 as the great games they made, when 7 is just the one that started the huge fan base (Not saying it's a bad game, but it's not their best) Plus most people here are having everything fixed.THIS GAME IS A FUCKING SCAM. aren't forum bans seperate from in game bans.....i think i read that in TOS......so all he is going to do is get banned from forums denying his death wish.....he should just log into his second account and start spewing that crap in /shout chat mix in a few off color remarks....he'll get his wish.....would love to be there and see it happen and all the hate he'll get when he does
I wanna try this one as well, just to pass the time while waiting for a response/solution. However, maybe that'll take longer and I might just pass my previous character's levels by the time they resolve my ticket.

woooooooooooooow....When I tried calling during their business hours I was getting that message. I just attempted now just for the hell of it again, and it worked....haha did the turn off their lines while on business hours today? bahahah what a joke company
Let me confirm that whats happening to me its what happened to all of you. I was playing since the early access, my free 7 days or so time ended and when i tried to add the crysta that i bought on my SE members site it sends me to Mogstation. There i see my character but it says inactive, and no where anything to add funds. When you try to add service i tried entering the code i got on my email it says that the code was already registered... Is this the same for you guys? So my next step would be to fill up the form? Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
its after hours....there is a (310)-846-0345 number for service.....and another 858 or something number the 301 number is the one you want. however i think phone service is closed until tuesday.....seems chat is the only way to connect this weekend starting at 12amPDT which is about 1:45 from now
