    I finally managed to get through the bullshit and contact a CS rep, who thankfully escalated my ticket, despite my internet going out in the middle of our chat (you have no idea how angry I was when this happened).

    My ticket on the support page went from Open to Please Respond (I think) to Closed. So I guess now I just wait for the change to go through?
