I also made this mistake. It sucks. Got my CE code on the 28th and have been through their hoops, but still no help, or even a reply. The one thing I haven't done is live-chat, but that's because I can't seem to find where to access that. ^^; Anyways, I hope this gets resolved soon, but now that it's the weekend, I doubt anything will happen til Monday. ; ; Back to crying in the corner of a dark room while I was to be reunited with my addiction.
