i fell this pain...people get through hours afte i do are now logged in and working on hunting logs, and i am here stuck grinding the endless fate that is square customer service
A simple solution would be to have us just , Have a option to merge are account 2 to account 1, Have a button we push and bang are account merged. Never thought that would be such a hard thing to add. And if there afraid, We can have us just during the merge put are same product key code back in to the merged account. If got the digital copy from the PSN store then on the merge account be option that says got the PSN version of the game downloaded and if need to , can ask for the playstation network account. info. I do not care. That be to cheap , Guess they like paying there customer service team .

Unfortunately I pretty much got nothing to add in. I haven't received any email correspondence from SE after the initial "We got your submission" reply. Has anyone had any luck getting their accounts fixed by using the form? Or is it pretty much just the people who are calling in that have actually gotten the double service accounts fixed? I'm trying to decide if its best for me to keep waiting or be a little proactive and try calling in and seeing if I can get this fixed on my own.
has your Early Access Account expired because subscription was added on a wrong service account? still wanna play? then please support us here
How hard would it have been to put a link on your Early Access login and prompt the user "This service account is inactive. Please click here to provide a code for THIS SERVICE ACCOUNT."
Instead I bought the game from Square Enix received no less than 3 emails from my retailer, Digital River, and 2 emails from Square all with different links and none with any real instructions. I found the SQUARE ENIX account management page by GOOGLING IT! (And I bought the game from Square Enix store to avoid this type shit.) Then when i do finally get logged into the MOG page... I click the ONE button with language that read "Add Service Account" --- I clicked it. I did not see the round flaming circle thing and this oh, I should click that if I want to add a platform to my existing account.
No I click the one button that had the words "ADD SERVICE ACCOUNT" - WTF is that? Who needs multiple services on the same account name? Who?
A prompt would have been nice. An email with a direct link would have been nice. At this point I am so pissed off with Square ENix and the shitty job they have done with the accounts and not even starting with the mountain of fuckups trying to log into this game I considering just throwing the towel in. /facepalm arrrrggh!!!!
