So, if they really are fixing it, is it highly suggested that aside from submitting a ticket, we should also try to get into live chat in order to have it fixed? Meaning, we just won't get support if we rely on the ticket/s alone that we submitted?

And are they still gonna continue with the deletion of the tickets which are over 48 hours old? That's a huge pain if so :\

Has anyone tried to cancel the second service account and reregister the same game again trying not to make the previous mistake? It might cost the free trial period, but if it works I'd be more than willing to do it.

I considered it, but I couldn't dare risk losing the account altogether.

apparently the reg code is one time use so yeah, if you disable in hopes of re-reg -- you are SOL
