There's an Add Platform button somewhere within the page of the service account you wish to use. It may look like a symbol from the game itself. NOT the Add Service Account button, as we've all learned quite painfully.
I get the feeling that Squenix simply directly translated Mog Station from Japanese and that the website makes more sense in Japanese? Maybe. I don't know how it reads, so I'm unsure. This is just a series of stupid mistakes, and now everybody's paying for it.
I was going to start over on my second account and just lose my pre-order items but you can't even make a character on the server you want![]()
great so i spend all morning trying to get into chat, now i am gonna spend all night doing it too. fuck you SE, no one fucks with my sleep
well i only wanna buy the digital copy. but obviously they have stopped selling em.. T.T

I ordered a second one to give codes to a friend so he could play i might use it though and buy him it on psn because i missed out on a four day trip with ALL my family friends just to play and took the 4 days off work too and now this happens I fear that god really does hate me
i like your spunk.....but if they actually read the forums i think this thread would have garnered some sort of response right now....not trying to burst your bubble, grass roots activism is what built the U.S., but honestly ive been in and out of this thread since 6 am est this morning and not one response from sqaure....and the quick response on twitter was followed up by picture of a dorky cosplay chick.......anyone up for the challenge?

I am providing hope that they're working on it and if you're able to chat with them do the following,
1) be nice. They person you're talking to is just doing they're job in helping you fix your issue and it's not their fault.
2) give them every piece of info clearly
3) hope for the best.
I was told it'd be 2 weeks. Came home to it being fixed in hours. I'm impressed. Of all MMOs i've played, all are plagued with issues. I appreciate when good customer service is applied. keep trying if you haven't gotten them on the phone or on chat.
Oh and to confirm. My 30 days free trial was restarted.
