I just assume they are doing them in order. It makes no sense for it to be a lottery of who can wait on the phone or who can randomly get a person when the queue gets down to 1 rather than getting Status Canceled.

I think most us could agree that if , This account issues stuff was , Something we did wrong a month after the game launch, Yet its only First week and should be taken care of in 24hrs. We can take it as are mistake on are part in a month from now. But the fact they had a horrid directions process and this many people got the same issue. Think they would fixed it now, Not just blaming us as consumers of there product, Buy waiting 2 weeks or trying to win the lottery an get through to someone to fix it. Or having there Customer service team having to fixed all these issues. Mean just look there well over 100k+ views and just think how many are not posting the problem or on other websites complaining the same issues.
