I'm on my second attempt at getting it resolved. First ticket I submitted closed with no action. I opened a new one, but we'll see. From a management point of view - wouldn't it be easier to just have a code-monkey write a quick account merge function and let us the USER correct our own account issue.

They close the Mog Station for "maintenance" perhaps that's why they did it. We can only hope.
