    Well I'm going to buy a new copy of the game tomorrow - and I will apply that code to my beta4/early access "Service1" account. That shit had better work. If I spend another $30 on a boxed copy - which I have to drive 40miles to pickup in the morning - IT HAD BETTER FUGGIN WORK!!!!! (At this point I don't give a crap about the CE code I applied mistakenly to a new "Service2" account) I just don't want to lose nearly 60hrs of game time I've already put into my Paladin.

    they went through and deleted all tickets over 48 hours old in some hope that would lighten the load a bit....whoever made that decision needs to become the new star of the annual salem witch trial re-enactments

    I remember being logged in when I created both tickets. Either way, I just mentioned the first ticket number in the second ticket just to be sure.
