Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Weird, I submitted a second ticket and its the one which is shown under my account details at the members/support page. My first ticket is not shown at all. Pfft.

If it doesn't show, it got deleted.

You have to be logged in while making the ticket for it to show up in your support page.

That doesn't sound good, considering that it had just been less than 30 minutes between my submission of the first and second ticket. :\ Here I thought I can finally start playing again today. *sigh*

Well I'm going to buy a new copy of the game tomorrow - and I will apply that code to my beta4/early access "Service1" account. That shit had better work. If I spend another $30 on a boxed copy - which I have to drive 40miles to pickup in the morning - IT HAD BETTER FUGGIN WORK!!!!! (At this point I don't give a crap about the CE code I applied mistakenly to a new "Service2" account) I just don't want to lose nearly 60hrs of game time I've already put into my Paladin.

they went through and deleted all tickets over 48 hours old in some hope that would lighten the load a bit....whoever made that decision needs to become the new star of the annual salem witch trial re-enactments

I remember being logged in when I created both tickets. Either way, I just mentioned the first ticket number in the second ticket just to be sure.

At this point, I think my best bet for playing this weekend is to just hope they extend EA for a few extra days. I was REALLY looking forward to getting some good gaming in this long weekend, but alas...

i waited in the chat support for 2.5 hours before i was helped, and i say helped with a grain of salt. i was told it may take up to 2 weeks before the issue was resolved.

i asked if i would still receive my 30 days of free access and if so when would it begin. i was told they are not doing compensation at the time.

i asked if i could just make a new subscription so i can play on my toon that i have had since open beta. i was told to just wait it out. wtf??

so not only did i waste my past 2 weekends playing sparingly because of 3102 and error 90000, im told i need to wait another 2 weeks because they gave shitty instructions that i followed to the tee. I must be a glutton for punishment i guess because i have no idea why im still here trying to get this fixed.

yeah it seems we cant add a subscription to service account 1... fuck them... T.T
