    I called and talked to a human last night. Its been 24 hours and I still have 2 service accounts. I wish we were all in El Segundo so that we could rush the building and demand answers. And afterwards, go out for some Boba Tea.

    Mine was escalated 24 hours ago. Still nothing here. Although, its lovely that they closed my ticket. Shows that someone looked at it and said "who gives a rat's patoot?!"
