Home for labor day weekend. -.-Ok i think the major problem here is lack of communication. Ok they tweeted they are working on it. They also posted that they would delete tickets older than 24 hours resolved or not. I have heard nothing from Square after emailing, submitting tickets, attempting chat and attempting phone calls. All i want to know is that it will be fixed. Yes or no. People just want an answer. Where is PR??
I tried calling them for 5 hours this morning and never once even got put in the queue. I just got dial tone over and over.
All they have to do is let you transfer the game + subscription yourself for, like, a week (and maybe give out a free week subscription to everybody as an apology).
