Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I still don't understand. Just filled out the form mentioned on page one and see what happens. Being on ps3 I don't think I was ever given a choice it just made a second account. Time being I'm just playing on second account which has my game time, but what I really don't understand is why my first account is the one with the in game per order items.

Ticket is still open - has been for several days. Got one single automated reply that many are familiar with.

All I want is the CE I used so foolishly on a 'New' Service Account fused, or simply planted on my Beta/Pre-Access Service Account (the one that has all my characters).

I'm willing to forget about the 30 free days; I just want this crap done and dusted so I can get to playing.

Several days? D: That doesn't make me hopeful at all.

Seriously how are some people so lucky to get into live chat when I've been trying since MONDAY.

Yesterday I couldn't get in, but left the chat tab open after they closed. At 3AM CST it opened, though not accepting chats requests, but it showed my queue number. I'd bounce between 1 and 5. When they opened chat today I was still in queue, started out at #2 and was shortly greeted by a morning frosty Ricardo.

why not give those who call with the issue a new product key right over the phone and then go in and delete the second service account.......ohhhhhh but that would be too easy, they need to escalate to one person who sends it to another and off to a third who does the first part of it and back to another to finish and then off to someone who pushes the automated email then off to another who sends out a survey and then across to someone who snaps their fingers and poof it works......oh wait that was what we had to do to register for early access....nevermind
