    300 pages and still no real solution.

    Why can't you just add an automated "Merge service accounts" button to the Mogstation, square ... ?

    If this isn't fixed soon I'm not subscribing.
    why not give those who call with the issue a new product key right over the phone and then go in and delete the second service account.......ohhhhhh but that would be too easy, they need to escalate to one person who sends it to another and off to a third who does the first part of it and back to another to finish and then off to someone who pushes the automated email then off to another who sends out a survey and then across to someone who snaps their fingers and poof it works......oh wait that was what we had to do to register for early access....nevermind

    I tried calling them for 5 hours this morning and never once even got put in the queue. I just got dial tone over and over.

    All they have to do is let you transfer the game + subscription yourself for, like, a week (and maybe give out a free week subscription to everybody as an apology).
