To bad they prefer to ignore their problems. I just don't understand how after two mmo releases already, they're support isn't better suited for things like this.don't blame yourself. 1. there shouldn't have been a code required in the first place. 2. your account should have carried over from early access. 3. there should have been an option to cancel a 2nd service account and reactivate the first. 4. there shouldn't be 2 service accounts. 5. it should have been a user friendly process (some players are kids). 6. an issue this big should be addressed in mass, not case by case.
Well you had "Add platform" button as well, but to me, a PC player, add platform means adding PS3 to my account. So like most people, I clicked on "Add service account"Yeah, I'm also a PS3 player, and I'd been having some resolution issues where bits of the UI would get cut off at the bottom. Also, during the part where you select which service accounts to apply the code to, there's that big glaring "Create New Service Account" button, which...from what I recall, is the only selectable option on that screen?
Also, keep in mind that their translation is very fishy... Anyroad? Really?
I said earlier in the thread drinking/chat queue party at my place all long weekend long.
I would happy to give SE my All-Materia so they can fix everyone's account. Things are pointless to sell after the first one anyway....
Contemplating an alcohol run.
Well add me to the list of people who accidentally created a 2nd service account instead of activating it to my beta/early access account. They really need to change the way you set up these accounts as I didn't even see an option to register the game to my existing account. Anyway, I submitted a support ticket this morning and still haven't received a response. I'm gonna be pissed if I have to start from level 1 and do all those boring fetch quests over again....
