Yeah, I'm also a PS3 player, and I'd been having some resolution issues where bits of the UI would get cut off at the bottom. Also, during the part where you select which service accounts to apply the code to, there's that big glaring "Create New Service Account" button, which...from what I recall, is the only selectable option on that screen?

You would think by default you wouldn't want a new service account....

Well you had "Add platform" button as well, but to me, a PC player, add platform means adding PS3 to my account. So like most people, I clicked on "Add service account"
Also, keep in mind that their translation is very fishy... Anyroad? Really?

Anyroad is not a translation error, it is a turn of phrase of the in-game world, like "by the twelve" and etc like any other, it doesn't make sense when taken literally, like "holy cow"

Also just learned that my ticket I put in ages ago when the problem first appeared on the 27th was apparently closed because they wanted to focus on more "time-sensitive issues", like thousands of people not being able to play now that EA grace period ran out is not time-sensitive. Just made a new ticket, opened new chat windows with the new ticket #. I'm assuming my previous chats never loaded because they had closed that ticket. Would explain why I couldn't find the "ticket history" button, because it didn't exist.

I wonder if it's worth just to say screw it and just play on the new account, considering our tickets are wiped. Of course this would depend on how far you got on your previous characters and if you wanted to do all that again.
