I wish I was that lucky. I called yesterday, was on hold for 4-5 hours, filled out a ticket while the customer support rep walked me through it to ensure that it would work... just to see my ticket was closed today and Mog Station still reflects that I have two accounts. Account #1, with all my characters, was shut down as inactive, and account #2 is down to 28 days, has all my CE items, and has no characters. Last night, I thought actually calling and talking to someone would help me, as my ticket was created and escalated, but it still isn't fixed. I know that he said the time frame is indefinite, but it makes me sad that so many people said it was fixed overnight and I'm going on 24 hours and still being confused and locked out of the game. I was super nice and friendly. I've worked in customer service before and know how to treat people. I don't blame the rep, I blame SE.I already posted how I did it, but I'm happy to reply back. these pages are filled with the same thing over and over anyways... lol
so maybe the key is being nice? these are human beings, just like any of you getting an attitude perhaps some of these individuals might too? just a thought, not fact
I filled the form out, I also put my PO/Reg. Key Codes in the bottom of the form. I called them by phone where I was on hold for 3 hours, so I left it on speaker phone and did other things. I spoke to customer support and he instantly knew what I needed after I gave him the ticket number. I was nice, he was nice, it went well and he said he did not know how long it would take to process. I said ok and take care. next morning it was fixed
Do you think the escalation helps? Whether done over the phone or by chat? Because I did it through the chat, and I'm still sort of not convinced that it will help x:
There's no way I could have screwed up. When I registered my PS3 code and logged into Square Enix, it listed my characters from early access. I don't know why it made a new Service account that I now have no characters on. Submitted a ticket, but they say it could take up to two weeks to sort out, if they even sort it out at all.
It sucks because even though I want my characters back, in two weeks I could just re-level them back to where I had them.
Well my third chat session ended with another no agent available. Fun times. Got 3 queues going this time since by the time they pop, business hours will be over.
We'll see, I guess. Been over 72 hours now since I first put in the ticket.

Or you can realize we have already moved on from that topic. Thanks thoughyou can not go to court over matters like this, period! get over it. all that would happen is that SE would give you your money back which they can already do through support.
OR
Do a charge back through your bank. which will ban your account and get your money back in a week or so.
Why would a court laugh you out of town hall? because you should know you can do a charge back if you don't receive what you ordered. this is standard business protocol.
I see a lot of rage, what rage brings is clouded judgement. step back and think. here, I'll help.
1) breathe, do what you can and see it through. so you can at one point in time play the game.
2) call/go online and request a Charge Back on the product. Simple
