    I feel like this is appropriate for this thread (since I can't make my own). Despite the amount of searching I've been doing, I keep coming out empty-handed - I've searched Google, forums, SE's support center, etc...

    Essentially my question is: Has anyone else (particularly in NA) had an issue with their registration code? I purchased the physical copy of the CE, and when attempting to register the 20-digit code, I kept getting an error stating that the code was invalid. I've tried it at the launcher, Mog station (made sure I was registering for Windows), etc... The Mog Station shows I've registered my pre-order bonuses, and I've tried both ways of adding the game to my account (by going to account services and just clicking the button on the page to add the game). I have a ticket in with SE, but in the meantime I figured I would ask around here.

    Any help is appreciated; thanks in advance, guys!

    Update: I feel terrible, the issue was on my end (as it has been for many users). I apologize for the false alarm - I have registered the code and am able to play ARR now.

    I've been seeing a number of "My code isn't working" posts all over the place, it's possible this isn't an isolated incident? Hmm.

    I hate to say "You'll have to contact Square Enix" but they may be the only ones with the answers :\ (oops I see you have a ticket in with them)
