Well, SE.. You really should have just extended the EA for a few more days until the accounts get fixed. You had no problem extending it back when you had server problems.

Instead of fixing our accounts one by one.. just give us a couple more days to play. Then work on getting the accounts fixed.. your customer service won't be so bogged down and you'll have more time to you know... fix the mogstation so "Create new account" isn't the biggest link you notice the first time you log in to it.

Or maybe, a warning that when you click the create new account button and registering your game code to that; it won't let you play your old characters.

Whoever made the UI for that thing is such an ass.

My issue isn't the fact that i have to wait, my issue is that i've still not been fucking contacted about a ticket i made 5 days ago. All i want is a god damn email saying "Hey, we saw your ticket and we'll help you!".
All i want is some actual customer service. Instead of sitting in a queue only to get kicked out when i reach the goal. wtf...

Chat support isn't even an option anymore when you go to contact them via your ticket history. lol I know why (it's shut down atm), but as many people have pointed out before--why haven't they set up multiple shifts for customer support, at least for only around game launch time? I mean is one month of extra employees really going to hurt them that much?

Seriously, you'd think they'd consider it since they have a game release across the entire world on two different platforms...
