Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

yikes what a cluster... i just had surgery and am off work with nothing to do but lay on the couch.. i was so excited i had this game to play and take my mind off the pain.. this sucks.

But they've already had experience putting an mmo on a console...they should have already had hindsight on most of these issues.

Still though, even if you made a new character on the new service account, it's going to get deleted if they eventually end up merging your accounts.

I wonder if now I should just revoke my ticket.

Sorry to hear that :< I definitely understand the major want to play right now; XIV is one hell of a great game.

Well, SE.. You really should have just extended the EA for a few more days until the accounts get fixed. You had no problem extending it back when you had server problems.

Instead of fixing our accounts one by one.. just give us a couple more days to play. Then work on getting the accounts fixed.. your customer service won't be so bogged down and you'll have more time to you know... fix the mogstation so "Create new account" isn't the biggest link you notice the first time you log in to it.

Or maybe, a warning that when you click the create new account button and registering your game code to that; it won't let you play your old characters.

Whoever made the UI for that thing is such an ass.
