    This is really annoying...always the same questions...

    To all of you from EA before panicing try to read the guide on the website!

    Early acess and real acess the game starting today are 2 diferent things....EA was only about 5 or 6 days...like a gift for pre ordering the game or coming from 1.0.
    Starting today all of you need to register a 20 digits product key that comes with the game except:

    1. People o already had register this code on mogstation for windows and psn redeem codes for ps3
    2. People that called legacy players from 1.0 which are player that have played x months...because they get a free copy for windows
    3. People who bought the game on psn that dont need the code.(this versions have a problem so you cant play...we're wainting for fix)
    4. (Edited) people with wrong zone or invalid codes (try to contact sony support maybe they can help with this or wait...)its sad i know


    Everyone who bough the game from SE shop visit this site www.findmyorder.com follow the instructions (i think its only for NA but you can try).you code is there or in you spam folder. If not...contact se from se support...

    For people with pyshical copies just open the box and search.

    Many people are having problems with game...But the truth is that some just dont take one minute to look or read

    Hope this help someone.i'm not trying to be mean i cant play to i didnt had acess to EA but i searched before became frustrated xD and i'm in this forum waiting since 27th not for a couple of hours xD

    You obviously haven't had the same issues as we are having. I have read through forums, and read instructions and researched a whole bunch and even sent in tickets and asked as well as posted or commented on forums regarding issues I am having with my account and yet still waiting on a response from the support center which I have sent in multiple tickets regarding the issues with my registration code, invalid codes, wrong region codes. I even sent in a ticket for wrong service account and yet haven't received a response.

    There are people that had receive wrong zone codes...but that its other situation.i'm talking to people that just dont search.my problem is a big one too xD psn game is broken xD

    i delet it and re-instail it again ..and i still get this annyoing messege "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: ARR" ... i cant even login wiith a diffrent account -_- ,, 3 days now ,,, untill when should we wait ?

    Digital Rivers at 952-253-1234 select option 1, then
    select option 2, then put in your order #. You will be on hold for about 5 minutes.
    Provide the person with your 18 digit pre order key. Make them provide you with
    your 20 digit activation code verbally. They seem to be having issues with the email
    actually getting out to you. Once you have your 20 digit codes and you launch the game.
    Just follow the prompts. DO NOT let the person at Digital Rivers off the phone until you have
    verified that the code they have provided you WORKS! Just got my information

    Here's a question, if I bought a regular US version, physical PS3 disc copy of the game and inputted the registration PSN code in that, would that work? Or does it need to be the CE registration code from the physical product I ordered from Amazon?

    Side note - now I can't use the Lodestone website? Since it says my account has no active characters!!!! BALLS!!
