So....I'm 2hours and 40minutes into the phone call, haven't heard anything except for the annoying message of "All our agents are busy helping other customers..." etc, and been dropped from two chat queues. Things are going well...

I DID IT. I MADE IT TO AN AGENT IN LIVE CHAT AND MY TICKET WAS ESCALATED!
Word of advice, open everything you have with an internet connection and web access and line yourself up multiple times in the queue.
I put it on my phone and two laptops and my phone finally provided for me. Yay.

I'm from the EU, I'm in our live chat queue now but I'm not confident, heck not even sure the live chat I'm in is for europe any more.

I've got the same doubt. I'm in the squareniexen live chat waiting...

I don't think EU chat support is open, I tried to contact them again not long ago and was told "The webchat service is currently unavailable. Please try again during hours of operation."

I honestly wanna play the square white knight but screw it. After being kicked from chat and hung up on often I'm pretty frustrated myself. Like others have said, this launch is a disaster and their support is atrocious. Why couldnt they have just made a SIMPLE registration system instead of 8 possible stupid service accounts that 90% of us WONT use?

We are in really bad shape if this is affecting half the players.

People are still getting the 1017 Server full error with half the players not able to get in at all!
