You need to fill in a form and receive a ticket this way: Log in to your Mog Station. Click Support Center, scroll down to Troubleshooting Help, click the first option which is "I registered a code to the wrong account". Click the appropriate option (it will be the 2nd one) and fill in the form accordingly. I took a screenshot of the ticket number that appeared when done, just to be on the safe side.Hello everyone
When I registered my actual Ps3 game, it created a 3rd service account it didn't give me any option to apply the code to my 1st service account so now I can't play on my main account.. what do I need to do to get this fixed so my 1st account will have the 30 free days trial ect.

I'm pretty sure you have to call early if you want to get passed this busy signal, because I highly doubt I'll be getting in any time soon today. Also I'm sure they are closed on Saturday which means I'll have to attempt this live chat garbage during the weekend instead of the weekend.

click on FFxivarr
in the search box enter in the word "registration"
item 6 on the search results should be the one about secon service account
click on that
fill that form out
submit it
you are given a ticket number
THIS IS THE TICKET NUMBER THEY NEED not the one from the other support center website
if you dont have this form filled out they will try to tell you to call back, the agent i talked to said if i could not fill it out within 2 minutes i would have had to call back, luckily i passed typing class in school so i was able to speed through it.
fill out this form first, or you might get sent back into on/hold purgatory

They should be prioritizing tickets instead of the stupid game because more than half of us CANT PLAY THE GAME -_-;
