    Hello everyone

    When I registered my actual Ps3 game, it created a 3rd service account it didn't give me any option to apply the code to my 1st service account so now I can't play on my main account.. what do I need to do to get this fixed so my 1st account will have the 30 free days trial ect.

    ehh can someone link me to the support ticket or guide me on how to resubmit a ticket to fix my service account, since the 48 hour thing hit I don't think my ticket survived

    Opened live chat at 11am CST this morning, queued in at about #90. Waited 2 hrs, got an agent.
    Gave him my name, ticket submission form, verification info. He knew the issue, escalated it quick.


    To all the desperate players with this issue:

    Yesterday, I have repeated this process 4 times.

    First time I queued at about #70. After waiting for 2-3 hrs I got no agent available.

    I refreshed the chat window and went back to queue #135. 3 hrs - no agent.

    Refresh window again, queue of about #150, 3 hrs wait, and I was away from my desk
    for 20 minutes when the chat connected. Of course, I wasn't there, so call ended.

    Tried, once more, home and after 2 hrs the call center was closed, no agent available.

    I got through the busy signal and put on hold at 9:20 AM PST. I just rounded 2.5 hours waiting to speak to someone now. Combined with yesterday this makes 390 minutes used to try and fix this with nothing to show.
