I feel the exact same way, If i could i would have just bought a new key since that's more economical justified than trying to get in contact with a human being that works for Square Enix.I'm coming to an end with my patience. I have waited in 7 chat queues, all to have them closed. Each of them 1.5 hours minimum. I have tried calling for two days now, first call 4 hour hold, my current call is now over 2 hours (I had to borrow a friends phone because I ran out of minutes yesterday) I cannot rationalize spending anymore time after this final attempt, it's so not worth it, and the level of support provided is the worst I have ever experienced with any legitimate company.
