    I actually got through NA chat! I started it at exactly 9am and got in at 10:45am. Talked to Kristian H.

    She just asked for my name, address, birthday, and email. Then the ticket number and PC or PS3 And CE or regular edition of the game.

    Said it was escalated. I checked my tickets and they were blue with please respond. Now they are closed.

    Now to keep checking Mog Station. Please please please!

    He told me to keep checking my account every hour or every day. If it's not fixed WITHIN a week he asked me to call back the customer support. Based on other people who tried calling before, their issue was fixed in less than 2 days, so I'm hoping mine would be like that too :/

    One of the simple options for them is to delete our CE account and give us new codes to renter then and make sure to choose the early access account. The part two of that solution is for them to fix the registration layout so it's not so confusing.

    I'm coming to an end with my patience. I have waited in 7 chat queues, all to have them closed. Each of them 1.5 hours minimum. I have tried calling for two days now, first call 4 hour hold, my current call is now over 2 hours (I had to borrow a friends phone because I ran out of minutes yesterday) I cannot rationalize spending anymore time after this final attempt, it's so not worth it, and the level of support provided is the worst I have ever experienced with any legitimate company.

    I wish Naoki Yoshida would take his tears and shove them where the sun don't shine. No one cares unless you actually fix the issues in a timely manner. It has been constant issues for a week now.

    I just don't understand why they wont give out maybe 4-5 extra free days to everyone until they have this more under control. It's affecting so many people, myself included. As it stands I probably wont be able to play this weekend at all unless they do something. Giving a few free days would be a nice bandaid fix until they can finally catch up to the massive amount of people having this issue.
