someone posted 20 or so pages back that the SE CS folks are coming in this weekend due to the massive issues they have to work on. don't give up guys. another guy also posted that he just created a ticket and never called and chatted and his issue was fixed. that was just one guy though... there is hope. XD

Now I'm not saying using the wrong one is a problem. I have no idea. These may not even be the correct links to use. I'm just saying there appears to be differences in location for some Support Centre matters for Square Enix.
Thefact that we can register to any server worldwide suggests SE are quite good with regards to managing global matters. This is just a theory of mine to be discussed further. Don't take it as definitive proof of anything and absolutely don't panic!!!

so from number 8 to 507 cuz wasn't an available agent like really? wtf I am on like no sleep and cant goto bed now or by the time I get up they would be closed

also they need to hire more people 2 do them tickets is no reason mine is around 5 days old yet some people get help with in 24 to 2 days it isn't fail and should go in order they was put in!!!!

That's great to know. +1 for the chat rep i spoke with on the phone, he seemed a little frazzled, i would imagine. But he apologized and said that it's just been really hectic for them since ffxiv opened up their servers. But he was extremely polite.. not rude or agitated, so I'm glad I didn't get a rude rep or i'd be so mad lol
