Hi Weswes, My ticket had never shown up on the support site even after signing in etc. I didn't call by phone, only via the online chat service.When you say "make sure you've contacted online chat" could you also mean phone them too?
And do you happen to recall what the status of your ticket was on the SE Support site during these times? Did it say "ongoing"?
I raised my ticket at 8am, phoned them at 9am, got through at 10am. I should be just waiting for a mail, right?
Hopefully you should just get a mail to say it's been resolved if your ticket follows the same pattern. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Just logged into game and all items are present and correct from EA and CE.
happened to me too. The reseller SE uses to distribute digital CE codes sent me the pre-order access code first. FAIL. In trying to added the CE code after, SE site stated my region didn't match. FAIL again. I had to create a new service account so now I have 2. Sent my form in to get it merged. Let's hope they don't FAIL again and not move my toons over to the CE account.
Well I've put a ticket in and have a ticket number, received no emails though and I can't make a new character on my server as character creation is closed for it. :/
mine is the same, but I just received an email telling me that basically says this:"Due to the overwhelming volume of contacts received in regards to the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, we have regretfully been unable to respond to your request within the expected 48 hours. In order to prioritise time-sensitive issues, your ticket has been closed."
and that's after a phone call this morning which basically escalated my ticket.
