I was in the queue at work but I got off at 12 and immediately tried to get back in once I got home only to get this message. SIGH.....

Just bumping to add that the CORRECT ticket address is: https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...82&la=1&daxx=2
If you fill out a different ticket on the SE website, it won't work. This was confirmed when I called customer service yesterday.
My ticket is currently closed, despite making it yesterday over the phone with customer support, and Mog Station still doesn't reflect any changes.
Hopefully, I'll be one of the people with a fixed account soon. It makes me sad that so many people are on this boat (well, due to the size, its now a ship).
I wish SE would just bite the bullet and extend everyone's free time by a few days to remedy these problems. In the long run, they'll earn more money as we'll want to keep subscribing, rather than just blow through the main story line in the 30 days we got with initial purchase. I was planning on getting the 180 days account... but after all these issues, I'm too scared of it screwing up again and being backed into a terrible situation with customer service again.

My chat queue went from 41 to 42 back to 41...I'm scared now.

Someone posted the chat link on the last page. When they ask for a ticket number, just give the one for that ticket.

Good luck with the chat, as it has been fruitless for myself and MANY other people. Calling in seems to be the only sure way of reaching a human being.

Considering its a long weekend I have no hope for SE. Just go bankrupt with this garbage. Tried so many days and always canceled. I feel so cheated buying this game now.

Don't lose hope! Hang in there. Give it more time. I have read some good results from people who kept trying on here.

I called at exactly 9am pst today. No busy lines, just a queue hold.
I got a hold of somebody at exactly 10:03 am. Had an agent ask for my ticket number, verified my account and my product key. He escalated my issue, gave me another support ticket number and told me to keep checking my account every hour and day. If it's not resolved within 1 week, he advised me to call them back.
Here's to hoping that my weekend is not completely ruined

Based on experiences, can I at least expect they fix it before 24 hours is over?

I also feel bad for people who are in line. I had both the phone and chat queue'd up. Once I got off the phone I cancelled my chat queue (Was currently on the 20th position). Bring someone 1 step closer to getting their account fixed.

Make sure you're in the correct live chat queue. There is separate ones for EU and one for NA judging by the urls I believe.

Same with raising the initial ticket. Some links are for NA. Some are for EU.
