Pre ordering doesn't give you free days, you don't get free month until you enter retail codeWell, since SE wont let me make my own thread I am just going to ask in this fresh post, sorry I am not trying to hijack yer thread
I bought 1.0 CE and I just recently again pre-ordered the game...but when I look at my game time it shows I only have 14 days left? Shouldnt I have recieved 30 days game time for pre-ordering? Why are they only giving me 14 days?

I actually live in a house in neighborhood right off of the highway and near both UPS / FedEx and USPS lol all equal distance just in different directions.By any chance do any of you live in apartments? For me, even though i ordered my 2 1 week apart both of them were missing the Address 2 line which prevented them from being delivered. I had to go and confirm who i was at the post office and have they look several times before they found them. It seems the address 2 line was not properly printed on the label.
I am sorry to hear about your trouble but luckily you got it resolved. Hopefully I can get mine worked out too.

My copy is late too, except I got mine from Amazon, I really wish the early access had of extended to Monday.

I'm in Texas and ordered two copies of the PC CE. They were shipped on the 20th, arrived in my state on the 23rd, and was accepted by my local USPS on the 27th with an estimated arrival date between the 27th and 29th. Today, the 30th, no new updates have been posted to the tracking. Called the post office and the morons there are no help at all! EA revoked now, $150USD less in my bank account now, can't play the game until they find my package...needless to say, I am not happy! Why is there no other way to show proof of purchase?!
think of it this way, by the time you get it, the congestion issue may be solved.![]()
At least you can track your order. It says "not trackable" for me.

Got mines 1 day after official release day.
This is usually not SE's fault, but the fault of the delivering company. I've had several issues with UPS in the past, games usually don't arrive on launch day(atleast not for me).

You are right, it's not SE's fault, you go to the actual sources and then suddenly they don't know or don't care. Last resort is calling SE to bug them because they got more weight on their words than what one player does. But I'm glad I'm not the only one with the problem.
