Delay on getting physical CE edition from SE.

Well, since SE wont let me make my own thread I am just going to ask in this fresh post, sorry I am not trying to hijack yer thread

I bought 1.0 CE and I just recently again pre-ordered the game...but when I look at my game time it shows I only have 14 days left? Shouldnt I have recieved 30 days game time for pre-ordering? Why are they only giving me 14 days?

I was under the impression too that 30 days was what you'd get. 14? half a month..hmm

My wife preordered 2 copies of the physical CE for us when preorders first went live. Our credit card was charged on the 19th so I had hoped it would be here before my free access time expired but still no sign of them. We live in Alberta, Canada and Digital River or SE or whoever shipped the games didn't even give us a tracking number because we don't live in the US, so I have no idea of knowing where or when it'll arrive.

This plus the server issues seriously has me wondering if I should've bothered with this game.
