NA chat support still showing closed for anyone else?
Where is the Live Chat. All i see is Email Support option
=D I'm glad I wasn't the only one with this issue. I looked through a lot of other forums filled with replies like "you should have read better" etc. It is completely possible that I didn't read it all right but I did mine all digitally through ps3 and the only option I "saw" was register.For NA Live Chat go here https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...hp?id=496&la=1
- Select Account/Billing as Category
- Select Additional Services
- Contact Details just put 'Service'
.. Just Hit Next until you reach the page that have Chat Support. Proceed to Chat Support then just fill up the form and wait for average of 2 Hrs.

***Note that if your account is a EU account, don't bother using NA Live Chat.. Just use Phone Support or just fill up the Ticket form..
I had my ticket escalated yesterday through live chat and it appears as though they closed the ticket this morning. The problem is Mog Station doesn't reflect anything has been fixed nor have I received any emails. I am hoping there is just a delay between the ticket being closed and the fix actually processing. I am in live chat now waiting in the queue for clarification. Really would love to have this resolved by this evening.
If you spent some times to look at the stuff people written in this thread before a lot of people got their tickets closed after contacting the support team through phone/live chat and then got their account fixed couple of hours later
I hope you don't rage at the agents, they had nothing to do with this and only have to deal with the angry people who might take it out on them. =( The person who helped me was really nice. then again most of the stuff they say is scripted XD
Ok mine is now fixed, ill try to explain my process, though it might be different for others.
All times are UK times Monday 26th 10pm, the nightmare started, added my key and got the 2nd service account.
Mon 11:30pm, sent my 1st ticket using the service account form SE provided, my 1st big mistake, I was not logged in when I did it, it didn't appear in my ticket list, but I had a ticket number
Tues/Wed 5pm I called UK support 0870 6000 182, both times I gave my ticket number and they said they would escalate it, wasn't happy but, it was being worked on right??!!
Thurs 7am still not fixed, I logged into support(important!!), and made another ticket, this time it showed in my ticket list.
Thurs 5pm Called UK support once again, I advised the rep that I had 2 tickets up, and which one did he want, I explained that only 1 was showing up on my active tickets(newest ticket), he asked for that one.
He said that he couldn't fix it from there and that he would have to escalate it, I was put on hold for 5mins, when he came back he asked for my CE code that I used (this is the most important part I think in getting it fixed quite fast, none of the other times I was asked for that code) I gave it him and he said he will pass it on to head office and that he couldn't give a timescale but hopefully in a few days it would be fixed.
Friday 12:05pm I received a email telling me it is fixed.

I hope that this information can help any of the others still suffering from this nightmare.
I also want to say thank you to the customer service rep (didn't get his name unfortunately) it seems to be the luck of the draw on whether you get one that can get it fixed for you, or one that will blow you off to get you off the phone.

Digital Rivers at 952-253-1234 select option 1, then select option 2, then put in your order #. You will be on hold for about 5 minutes. Provide the person with your 18 digit pre order key. Make them provide you with your 20 digit activation code verbally. They seem to be having issues with the email actually getting out to you. Once you have your 20 digit codes and you launch the game. Just follow the prompts. DO NOT let the person at Digital Rivers off the phone until you have verified that the code they have provided you WORKS!
Open for me, just a long wait even though it says wait time is 9 minutes.
