I currently have 3 chat queues open, while spamming their #. I have 3 hours to reach someone until work. I woke up specifically to reach them. If I don't get results I'm going to rage so hard.

If you're EU, make sure to select 'Square Enix Members' on the Support Centre site, not FFXIV. The online chat option only showed up for me after I did that.

I hope you don't rage at the agents, they had nothing to do with this and only have to deal with the angry people who might take it out on them. =( The person who helped me was really nice. then again most of the stuff they say is scripted XD

Hah, that's being optimistic that I'll actually reach someone. I'm as sweet as candy with agents, however I wouldn't mind giving the Customer Service Director a piece of my mind.
