I already told you the only solution. There is nothing else we can do beside those.
I must said i am really disappointed and feed up with them.
3year ago i have problem paying for the service due to some crappy 3rd party payment company they use.
This 2 week is because of stupid error and now stupid system that dont know we are ff14 1.0 account and decided to lock us out.
All together with this is busy customer support that make it so slow that can hardly do anythiing at this rate.
I bet by the time my problem get solve, i will give up this game another time.

It showing as None for the "account type" and inactive for the "service".

We register SO LONG AGO, but the system now dont realise it after the early access is over.
So the stupid system think FF14 1.0 account which i register almost 3 year ago is just a stupid early access account which is not.
Since on the old web page, it show us register so long ago. Its just the stupid mogstation web page that don't detect this.
Every new thing they do, create new problems.
During FF11 days, i have way less problems then this even when i had to import the game since during the early days of FF11, there are no english version but only japanese version. I play FF11 for like 8years+ without problem paying or any stupid error or problems like FF14 EVEN WHEN I AM ON JAPANESE ACCOUNT.
I already give up on FF14 for like 2 times during year 2010 and 2011 for problems like paying. How on earth do you expect customer to pay you when you dont accept the simple way of paying from credit card and use some stupid 3rd party paying company which dont accept paying outside of that 1 country. That was the old days of FF14 during year 2010. Sad.
As i am a 1.0 account who transitioned, i don't know why you would be having a problem. If it's showing inactive, activate it. At some point playing 1.0 you must have paid and cancelled your subscription at the time. I tried 1001 ways, use my old code that was on my 3year old box, said already used, which sure is since is on my account that i am using now for god sake orz. There are no ways to active it since Square enix will not be so kind to give you another code. There are no cancel since i never cancel it.

ahh man.... first 1.0 accounts can't use ARR CE codes due to including a registration that only work for creating new accounts... now we get blocked cause temporary early account do not know how to deal with existing accounts...
common guys... please try to acknowledge the existence of 1.0 owners...
That clearly shows that they do not consider you a 1.0 accountholder. Those service entries are meaningless. I have the same thing in my service history because I beta tested 1.0 but I never purchased the game.
My close friend who i play ff11 for 8years+ got me back to try FF14 even know i already very disappointed with it, and he had bought FF14 3 times LOL.
2time collector edition and 1 time normal.
In other words we can't login untill they fix it. Also we can't buy a new game cause they blocked the digital download. We cannot play for several days or maybe weeks and all my free company members will be 50 raid geared, that means no slot for me in raid.
All that cause that system don't recognize us players of the old version 1.0, but only players of the early start. But why some people don't have this problem? Why some people don't had to put this code. Why some people got a new code on e-mail?
I really can't understand what sqare doing and how they will fix itas soon as possible. Its different person by person. I only know that i got the same problem of JeanRc and maybe we are not too many to have their attention. So sad
