Thread: FF14 1.0 register player not able login due to early access code/or not

Square enix system is blocking FF14 1.0 register players who enter an early access code from logging into game today as the early access free play time ended.
But Square enix itself should remember that FF14 1.0 register players was given free access to game until Sep7 2013!
Early access code + FF14 1.0 register code = system fail
system fail = cannot login

Alot of other players are having this samilar issue due to the fact early access ended today. But most of them are because they have not enter the real FF14 game code.
But for people that already purchase the game during FF14 1.0 time and already register long ago, we are getting block out of the service because of the system not able to know that FF14 1.0 code register is greater then early access code.

Please Fix it as soon as possible Square Enix.

I got exactly this problem. I bought a code early access from a site for 2.99 euro cause with my old ff14 account i didn't have the permissions to do that.
With my character in game i m lv42 and since some mitunes ago i m not able to enter with this account.
I really hope they will fix this problem as soon as possible cause with my free company we rushing for lv50 and now i don't know if my account will be disabled forever
Please help me i really don't know what to do in this moment

In mogue station i got only 1 account when it written "FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account.". Then there is the names of my characters and "inactive", when i click in add platfrom i should to insert a code of 20, but i got only the code of the old ff14 1.0 and if i put this one they said me that is already registred. I don't know how to pay a subscription also.
I don't have any new e-mail with any code

Early access Keys are planned to be used with a FFxiv: ARR key. Since you can officially buy them only together.

Could it be that you have now 2 registered accounts in mogrystation? your old FFxiv 1.0 and an second FFXIV: ARR early access. Would mean: To use your chars of account 2 you have to buy ARR if they cannot be merged
(Example FFxiv 1.0 and ARR CE physical cannot be merged. ARR early access ARR Game can be merged but loose all subscription)

mutiple accounts or not dont effect us.
The problem now is for some reason, Square Enix is not giving access to FF14 1.0 user account to the game. The problem may be cause by the early access or not.
Main problem is like i said square Enix not giving access to the game for FF14 1.0 user account who have early access. Their system went nuts and blocked us from service.
It show we have no account and is inactive at the "mogstation" web page, but show i have register FF14 since sep 2010. This two are conflicting each other and therefore blocked our access.

It seems like we have only access at early start and when it was end we are not able to login again.
I tryed everything but mogstation is completly blocked. IF i click on anything bottom it ask us a code at 20 that we don't have and we can't have. I asked to my friends who buoght tha game 1.0 if they have the same problem, but i m the only one. their mogstation don't ask them any code and working good.
So i really don't know why some people got this problem but i really hope that sqare enix will fix as soon as possible.
I don't wanna create any other character and i don't wanna buy a game that i bought 3 years ago

I am having this same exact problem and do not want to be forced into buying a game I already own. I am a 1.0 character and of course due to another issue at square in the transfer process my original character was deleted. So not only have I had to deal with making a new character during phase 4, but dealing with the ridiculous amount of errors and not being able to access a server. And now having my account snatched out from under me when I get dc'd from the game. I received no email with a 20 digit code nor do I expect to because the account is 1.0. So what now? We sit here and wait for them to fix one of their many growing problems?

I m sending a lot of tickets but they don't answer. Please if you find a solution let us know. Im really worried this could be the end of my game

we can do nothing unless you want to buy another copy of the game but wait for them to fix it for your ticket.
They have alot of tickets to deal with since alot of people never enter the real registration code as today is the first day of the end of early access.
For us, 1.0 players, we already register long ago in my case about 3 years ago....
but because of early access code and access ended, it cause the system to think i am just an early access user without any ff14 registration which is not. Therefore not giving us 1.0 players access.

ATM the support Team is flooded with Tickets. Think about 5.000-10.000 people sending "lots of tickets" each.
