Problem
- Ordered from the SE store, digital PC version (a while ago)
- Entered early access code (during last phase of Beta)
- Played during Early Access until yesterday (Aug 29, 2013)
- Status is "Inactive" on Mog Stations and the game prompts me to enter a registration code today (Aug 30, 2013)
- It seems that I have not received a registration code by email
Solution
Option 1
1) Look in your spam folder in the email that you used to pre-order (it may be different from your account email)
- Subject: Square-Enix, Inc. - Product Now Available (Order #...)
- From: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
2) Enter "Digital Rights" code, which is included in the email, when the game client promts you to do so
3) Click Next, then Play
Option 2
1) Go to store.na.square-enix.com/orders
2) Enter email and partial credit card information
3) You'll see the same information that your email has in Option 1
4) Proceed starting from Step 2 in Option 1
Have fun, if you can :P
Option #2 worked for me.
There was apparently a DIFFERENT code "Serial Number" than the one that I received and used in email that I needed to enter in.
Rather confusing. I was quick to nearly give up.
I ordered my game off of Amazon.

If it's any consolation to you, I have a trace for mine and they still can't find it! I don't know how yours was sent, but mine was sent through regular mail and, in my opinion, never should've been. FedEx or UPS would've done so much better. So I understand your frustration completely. I bought two PC CE's, one for me and one for my husband and since our early access has been revoked, neither one of us can play now until someone finds our package so I can enter our CE codes!![]()

This should help you for sure.If you ordered from Amazon you will NOT get an email from square with code. If you log into Amazon and go into "Your Account > Your Games and Software Library" It will show a listing of all of the games have ordered and any keys associated with those games. You might have to click on a little yellow button that says display key. I can't remember what it exactly said but it was hidden under that button when I logged in for the first time. The code that you find on there is the one you need to register. If you didn't order from Amazon but still bought a digital copy then the code might be on the website of the retailer you did purchase it from. I hope that helps!

What about Legacy players who already have service accounts? I bought the PS3 CE just so I can have a disk to install the game when I need to and get the soundtrack. Am I to assume that I have to somehow register it to my acount just to keep playing?
This is For Digital Download Players be able to play Digital Rivers at 952-253-1234 select option 1, then select option 2, then put in your order #. You will be on hold for about 5 minutes. Provide the person with your 18 digit pre order key. Make them provide you with your 20 digit activation code verbally. They seem to be having issues with the email actually getting out to you. Once you have your 20 digit codes and you launch the game. Just follow the prompts. DO NOT let the person at Digital Rivers off the phone until you have verified that the code they have provided you WORKS! Just got my information
