Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I'm in the same boat as Vastia. I can't get through to chat without being told no agent is available, I submitted the original form forever ago, and now I can't even play the game on my characters unless I start over.

You need to make a new ticket. SE deleted tickets over 48 hours old.

Not sure I submitted a form Monday and after that message about them closing the tickets I still had/and do have it as open but I submitted a new ticket just to be safe...

If they still had keys for sale online i'd just buy another one.. alot less effort to make those 30 quids than suffering through this bullshit.

Just got an email that the issue was resolved. I put in a ticket on the 26th and recieved confirmation of the ticket the next day. I didn´t call or livechat support so they are resolving the issue even if you didn´t call them. Also they didn´t seem to delete my ticket after 48 hours. I am from eu btw.

live in EU, first ticket went in on the 26th, live chat yesterday at 9am and today around 11am
