Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I chatted via the web at 11:15am pst, they escalated my ticket and then at 8PM pst I noticed my account was fixed! They just added another CE code to my account like a few others have said. You get a full 30 days as of them applying it, so I have 31 now.

Talked to a rep at around 930pm. Took about 5 minutes after talking with them for my account to reflect the changes! Woohoo!

I imagine that with the trial ending they are offering overtime for the CS reps.

What link did you use? I am still trying and it keeps saying live chat is unavailable try back when its back on business hours.

i submitted my ticket 2 days ago, and no response after 48 hours so i went to chat supp today (2 hour wait time) got to speak to someone at 7PDT. They esclated my ticket and it was fixed within the hour.
