I did translate the most relevant parts in the post the OP linked. The rest is mostly explanation on why they choose to act as they did. I'm also quite sure that we'll get an official translation of the whole post soon.

I honestly feel they should not post until they have an official translation ready for us, and post them both at the same time, it is quite annoying that Japan get news well before we do.

This is a Japanese game, my friend. It's normal.

When Japanese gamers play American games, the american company handling them doesn't wait to post until they have a Japanese translation ready to go. I don't see why it should be different when it's the other way around.

Er no.. it is not normal, american games do not have Japanese servers, and if they did I can be pretty certain they would translate first just like European games with multiple language servers translate their news.

Such a ridiculous comparison.
