    well, okay, finished the live chat support with Agent Daniel C.

    Well, like the others here that already get a contact through live chat or phone line, we are being suggested to check our SE Account daily because the support centre doesn't sending out emails to give us a notice prior our issue being resolved.
    This is my conversation with Agent Daniel C.

    Agent Daniel C: We are advising customer to check their accounts daily for the update. We are not currently sending out emails.
    Agent Daniel C: Are there any different issues I can assist you with right now?
    You: I'm sorry if I'm being rude asking this but, my ticket is ready to be escalated or already escalated ?
    Agent Daniel C: It is in the escalation list to the team doing the account changes.

    to be honest, I'm a bit panic when the live chat started because I don't want to make it a long time while many people out there queueing, waiting for their turn, but I have many things to ask about this issue. It's just slip out of my mind,forget what the f*ck am i going to ask, and just ended the chat.

    It's 1:00 AM now in Indonesia, very sleepy but a bit relieved that this issue is being reviewed. ( I hope so )

    I submitted my original form/ticket late night on the 26th and this morning i got it escalated on the UK live chat and now its been fixed.
    So its possible they are fixing them in order OR its purely because i asked for escalation.. But someone on support did say they are all going to be fixed before then end of the early access time.. wether they mean UK ppl or not i dont know..

    Yeah, goes to show how ridiculous they had it set up. They've corrected it so the add account service doesn't show up any more though I believe.

    why cant SE just do the decent thing and add 30 days to a pre order account, onto every account with 2 service accounts - sure that might give some people something for nothing, but it would also fix the huge problem they have created and everyone would be happy

    manually checking every single ticket on this issue when there are clearly so many with the problem is just the wrong way to go about it, and giving a few people 30 extra days while batch fixing this problem is by far the better solution

    just think - there is people out there who have this problem who dont even realise yet!
